I have been wanting a brow lift for a few years now. I'm 30 years old and I knew I didn't need anything too dramatic so I tried Botox. The informed me on all my options. About three or four pokes later, per eye, around my crows feet and I was done. It's been over two weeks and I see no difference at all. The doctor told me if it didn't work I may need filler to lift the brows and I wanted some more feedback. Will I be able to move my brows? Does it look natural? Is this a common procedure?

Answer: Brow lift Difficult to say without photos. Botox can often give a chemical browlift by weakening the depressors of the brow. It sounds like you had your crowsfeet treated but not your glabella. Filler can add volume to the fat pad under the brow and give a lifted appearance in the right patient. Often an endoscopic browlift is the best option. It all depends on your degree of brow ptosis and goals of the procedure. I would recommend seeing a facial plastic surgeon in your area.

Answer: Botox brow lift Botox is a good nonsurgical alternative to a brow lift by treating deep brow depressor muscle. This results typically in a 1-2 mm elevation of the lateral aspect of the brow and is sometimes referred to as a Botox brow lift. If this treatment does not adequately improve the symmetry, brow lifting is an option. Fillers may not be the most effective option for brow lifting in our experience. Be sure to discuss your case with the specialist and good luck.
