What could help the microcephalic-type appearance to my forehead/skull?

Dani966
I’ve not always had this issue, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve noticed how strange I look with my hair pulled back. I’m not sure exactly what is causing it, but I would love to be able to have my hair slicked back without looking so weird or like my head looks tiny. I feel like I look normal with my hair down, because it masks the issue. I wore my hair up all the time as a child and looked normal. What is causing this strange look and what can help?
