How viable to fill in the frontotemporal recess areas with scalp advance, while only moving frontal area of scalp very slightly?

I'd like to create a more female hairline profile, along with a forehead lift op. But am not sure how viable/possible it would be to round out my hairline (more oval) by filling in the frontotemporal recess areas (FRAs) with scalp advance (transplant not an option). I feel the middle/frontal area could only move forward 0.5 cm because of facial thirds. If possible with scalp advance, could FRAs be secured with bone tunnels or would it have to be endotines - or would no fixing-in-place be needed.

It is possible to create moderate scalp advancement in forehead and temple areas to a certain degree. Only on the basis of in person evaluation and discussion about your goals one can give you  more detailed answer. Be very careful when selecting your PS since this will require significant expertise. Advancing the scalp to fill front-temporal recessions can be done but in most patients this thick hair will not provide a natural result because in most ladies this hair is thinner and softer.
