I'd like to create a more female hairline profile, along with a forehead lift op. But am not sure how viable/possible it would be to round out my hairline (more oval) by filling in the frontotemporal recess areas (FRAs) with scalp advance (transplant not an option). I feel the middle/frontal area could only move forward 0.5 cm because of facial thirds. If possible with scalp advance, could FRAs be secured with bone tunnels or would it have to be endotines - or would no fixing-in-place be needed.
