I have a narrow head and while considering a temporal implant i have noticed that many reasults lead to a “ballon effect” where the head become very round. On me that would be even worse; so I was wondering if some kind of implant that covers the area in the picture is possible. My goal is to widen the skull from the top curve down to the zygomatic bone. Ps: Is a malar osteotomy adviced to help this kind of implant?
