Brazilian Butt Lift recovery is dependent on how the patient’s body reacts to the procedure. Patients usually return to work after a week but you should not sit without the use of cushions for at least two weeks and you must wear a compression garment for several weeks after the procedure. You should wait until at least 2 weeks after the procedure to engage in sexual activity. Swelling and discomfort normally fades at six weeks. After about a month you will be mostly healed and you can get a nice idea of the permanent results after around six months.

hello thank you for your question and provided information as well.. based in your question and the picture you showed you are a good candidate full liposuction in your belly but i have to evaluate the other angles , its recommended get a consultation in personal with a plastic surgeon.

I recommend going on multiple consultations and seeing which doctor you feel most comfortable with.  It's important to ask for before-and-after photos of BBL's the doctor has performed and see if you like his/her results.

I would recommend a surgeon who tends to have a very low occurrence of this.   Make sure that you and your PS concur on the improvement you are seeking.  I would also follow a strict postoperative protocol.  Postoperative nutrition, wearing of appropriate garments, managing drains if present, and avoiding strenuous activity which can compromise and open incisions are the cornerstones to obtaining the best surgical result.

Dear humanbean7,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection.
