Will open buttock shaper panties help shape this hump on my butt after BBL?

I'm looking for ways to help shape my butt after my BBL. I have this hump and a flat spot that I assume will be permanent since I am now more than 1 month post op. Are there any tips or suggestions that anyone could give to help me round out my butt at the top or will I need a revision. Also will Coolsculpting or Velashape possibly help?

BBL is not an exact science and can have some unpredictable outcomes that you need to discuss with your plastic surgeon. Flat spots and humps can be preexisting issues that are addressed in the transfer procedure that can be improved but may not be able to be totally resolved. The hump might be able to have spot liposuction under local to help in that case and take that fat and place in flat spot. the flat spot might have underlying conditions like scare tissuse that will not let it expand like the rest of the buttocks did. Talk to you PS. Garments at this state are probably not going to change these issues significantly

You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation and lumps are normal.
If you have any concerns, or if the situation doesn't improve, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.
