Thanks for your question...It is difficult to say for sure based on your photo alone. You should double check with your surgeon. However, it appears to be just a bruise. You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation and bruising are normal.
If you have any concerns, or if the situation doesn't improve, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

Thank you for your question and the photo. If it feels warm it is important to have it checked by your surgeon because it might be a beginning infection. Best o luck
