I had a BA in July 22 with 450 cc Silicone High Profile. I love my new size but would like to go a little bigger. Will 550 cc or 600 cc be a lot difference for my frame at 4"11 or 5 feet at 104 lbs?
Answer: Will I see a big difference if I replace my 450cc HP silicone implants with 550cc or 600cc? Thank you for your question and photographs. It looks as if you will obtain a very nice result with your recent surgery. I know that the temptation is currently high to exchange these implants for a larger size, but as you are still only recently out from surgery, I would recommend you allow your body to fully heal before entertaining additional surgery. Once your implants drop, and the overlying tissues stretch to accommodate them you may look at your results differently. If after your breasts heal, you still wish to be larger, at 4'11'' you would need at least 75-100cc of implant different to make a noticeable change. Hope this helps

Answer: Implant size Yes, you will see a difference if adding 100-150cc to your current volume. Because of your small frame, be sure to confirm with your surgeon that the larger implants will still fit appropriately. As you recently had surgery, you will have changes ahead as you heal. You may find that you are happy with what you've already chosen.

Answer: Will I see a big difference if I replace my 450cc HP silicone implants with 550cc or 600cc? (Photo) Thank you very much for your question and photographs. First of all, your current breast implants are already stretching your tissues to their limit. You have no more room for a larger implant. I strongly suggest that you do not have anything else done to your breasts for at least one year. This will allow the skin and tissues to grow and heal from the tension that has already been placed upon them from the large implants. Having implants too large for your breast pocket size will lead to a large number of further complications, many of which can require multiple surgical procedures for correction.

Answer: Breast Implant Sizing The exact choice of size that will work best for you is an important decision that you should make with your board certified plastic surgeon. 3D Vectra imaging and simulation, the Mentor gel sizing system, rice filled implants at home in your bra, and bio-dimensional analysis are all methods that can be employed to help you come to a decision. Because size is such an important component of decision making in breast augmentation our office employs all of these techniques with each patient to ensure the highest rate of satisfaction possible. Good luck with your decision!

Answer: Will I see a big difference if I replace my 450cc HP silicone implants with 550cc or 600cc? Congratulations on having undergone the breast augmentation procedure. It may or may not be possible to safely further increase your breast size. This will best be determined ( along whether or not you are truly interested in further breast size increase) several months from now. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering revisionary breast augmentation surgery is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "big difference” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your chosen plastic surgeon to work with you in determining the best plan to achieve your goals. I hope this, and the attached link (dedicated to larger breast augmentation surgery concerns), helps. Best wishes.
