Is it safe to have a breast augmentation when I may have an infected tooth?

Bella1007
I have a tooth that was previously treated with a root canal a long time ago. While the tooth is not bothering me, it doesn't look good to my dentist in x Rays. They say it could be infected. I have my surgery scheduled for August 14. Am I going to have to cancel?
