I have breastfed multiple. I am 5'2" and weigh 120 lbs. I went from a pre-pregnancy full C cup to a small B cup. I was diagnosed 9 years ago with scleroderma (a.k.a. C.R.E.S.T. syndrome, or limited cutaneous form of systemic sclerosis). I want to have a breast augmentation, but am concerned about my autoimmune disease. Any thoughts? Is saline more inert than silicone, and hence better for pts with a hx of rheumatologic conditions?
