Is it normal to have sagging breasts during puberty?

You are going through puberty and as you do you will acquire more and more secondary sexual characteristics. The amount of change you experience is determined hormonally which is ultimately a function of genetics. Eat sensibly, exercise and enjoy who you are as a young woman. questions are perfectly reasonable. It’s understandable that, as your body undergoes
the normal developmental changes of puberty, you want know what to expect.
Given that you’re not quite 14, You are in the early stages of puberty. Your
body will likely continue to change over the next several years. You may grow
in height, your hips may widen, and the shape of your breasts will likely change,
too. The best thing you can do to ensure your overall health and wellbeing is
to eat well and exercise. Given that your breasts are currently a 32 DD, it’s
important that you wear good quality, supportive bras. If you are concerned
about your breast development, please speak with your primary care doctor or
gynecologist.

Sagging breasts can occur for many different reasons. At 14, I think you have to wait until you are a bit older if you want them lifted.

Thank you for the courage to ask your question.  Although its hard to know without seeing a photo, breast development can occur in different ways during puberty.  There is a range of what is considered "normal".  With the exception of very asymmetric breasts or very large breasts, most ladies will wait until they are closer to 18 or so prior to having any type of breast surgery.  I would open up this conversation with your mom if you feel comfortable as she can guide you along this process and also understand what you are concerned with.All the best,Dr. Remus Repta
