Are my saggy breasts genetic or caused by something else? (photos)

lilycado
So,to start off, I'm 17 years old with b-cup breasts. My breast size has not changed for the last 3 years. My breasts have been saggy ever since they started developing and they have continued to get worst. They are now low-hanging with large areolas that cover a huge portion of the breast. Both my grandmother and my mother have this problem but they are bigger than me and I know that sagging happens naturally with large breasts. My breasts look like the third from the right in the picture.
