My eyes look very dull and small because of the saggy skin on top, but also because the epicanthic fold hides the inner corner of my eyes . This also makes my eyes look way too further apart. Not the mention that my deep undereye circles make everything worse. I feel very self conscious and hate my eyes, please help me! Thank you for your help and advice!

Answer: Blepharoplasty Thank you for your photos. A blepharoplasty can help remove the excess skin above your skin causing the hooded appearance. An epicanthoplasty can alter the corner of your eyes. The dark undereye circles may be improved with filler and depends on how much of the darkness is due to shadowing and grooving vs pigment within the skin. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Answer: Epicanthoplasty Hello BubblyBubbie,Yes you could be eligible. It will depend on a number of factors all of which will need to be discussed with your surgeon. Eliminating the epicanthal fold for you is a meticulous procedure which comes with risks. Removing a small amount of skin also has its own risks. The recovery is simple but the final results may take few months. As with any surgery your job is to weigh the risks and the benefits to see if it is worth it. After discussing all the risks you can weigh the benefits. My suggestion is to seek out an expert oculoplastic surgeon to have these discussions.Cheers
