Will my ultra high profile silicone breast get bigger as they drop? Will they come closer together as swelling goes down?(photo)

Right now, you are very early on in the
post op recovery period. It will take 3-6 months for you to feel comfortable
having implants in your body and for them to settle. This time allows for you
to physically and psychologically adapt to your new body image. There are many
variables that contribute to a breast augmentation's final result. Preop size
and shape, IMF location, location of the implants and type of implant. Patients
heal at different rates and each breast will sometimes heal at a different
rate. You will not lose any
volume but the way your implant sits on your chest wall will change, and can
result in different ‘fills’ to your bra.  Rest, relax, recover and heal.   Please Express your concerns to your surgeon so
he/she can examine you. Then reassess final result at 6 months.

advice would be an in-person exam.

Too early to make any judgement calls. Give yourself several more weeks and sleep on you back. Stay off your stomach and side.

Congratulations on your breast augmentation!  You are very early in the recovery process, and it is expected that your breasts will change shape as they settle and your swelling goes down.  It can take up to 6 months for your breasts to assume their ultimate size and shape, and it takes just as long for you to get used to your new body.  Do you best not to worry during this period, and know what things are still healing.  Best of luck in your recovery.  

I think that as the implants come down, you will be happier with the overall appearance. Be patient, it can take 3-4 months or sometimes longer.

Congratulations on having undergone the breast augmentation procedure.  It is much too early to evaluate the outcome of the procedure performed; your breasts will undoubtedly change over the course of the next several weeks/months. Many of my patients report that as the swelling around the breast implants (for example, in the sternal area) decreases, they feel that their breasts appear more projecting. Also, in my opinion, the "drop and fluff” phenomenon does hold some validity; as breast implants “settle”, many patients feel that their breasts actually look larger. Although online consultants cannot predict whether or not you will be pleased with the long-term outlook, of the procedure performed, it is safe to predict that the breasts will change. It is common to have different women's implants settle at different rates over different
periods of time. They will remain high for at least a few weeks. If your
pre-existing anatomy has your breast creases or breast folds at different
positions, they implants will settle to different places. So your preoperative
anatomy has a lot to do with a final result. So does the skill of your plastic
surgeon, size of breast implants, saline and silicone settle differently, skin
quality and activity levels. You are still early so give it some more time. It
may take 2-4 months to really see where you are.

The lower part of your breasts will get rounder and fuller, but the overall volume of your breasts will not change (it may even go slightly smaller, once the swelling subsides). Also, the volume that you gain at the bottom of your breasts will be lost at the top, but the shape will be more natural.
