What type of injection can I use to get larger breast, fuller, and firm?

Sadly, there is no injection, cream or exercise that will give you naturally larger breasts. There are great bras on the market that can fake cleavage, but if you want your breasts to be larger, your only option is a breast augmentation. 

Thanks for your question.  Currently there is no widely practiced technique to increase breast size by injections.  The most tried and true method is by way of implant placement.  Sometimes this procedure is combined with a breast lift or mastopexy to give patients the appearance they are shooting for.  Good luck!

Thank you for your question.It is difficult to determine exactly what you would need without seeing photos.  In your situation, most women need a breast augmentation and lift at the same time.  This will give you the fullness of the upper portion of the breast, the lift will tighten the skin and get rid of the laxity.  Unfortunately, fat injections would not be the best option for you.  The fat injections will only make the breast larger, but not tighten.  Women who have smaller breasts without any laxity or saggy are good canidates for the injections.  I would recommend contacting a surgeon in your area for an in person evaluation to determine what your best option would be. It sounds to me that you may be a great candidate for a breast augmentation and lift. An implant will give you more of the fullness that you've lost after having children and the lift will allow us to bring you breasts back up to where they were originally. There are more and more people becoming interested in the fat transfer process, however, not everyone is the ideal candidate as well as your body actually absorb a percentage of the transferred fat to the breast. Having said that, there is no 'natural' pill, cream or massage that will
stimulate breast growth. There are indeed medications (hormones) that will
cause an increase in breast size but they are prescriptions. These types of
medications have side effects and are not designed for breast enlargement. They
have very specific indications but also have serious risks. that is why they
are prescriptions and not 'natural'.The
safest way to enlarge the breast is using a breast implant. In the future,
techniques for large volume fat augmentation may prove to be adequate but at
this point the costs, and risk and effectiveness of large volume fat
augmentation to the breast are just not there.I say this and yet I am a big fan of using fat augmentation, in the
breast, face and buttocks.

I can understand your desire for larger breast without surgery; however, there is no way to gain larger breasts besides weight gain, surgery or pregnancy (temporarily). Please be careful of pills, hormones or injectables for the breast as anyone that garuantees larger breasts without surgery is potentially putting your health at risk. If we had a non-surgical solution for breast enlargement, then you would know about it as it would be an international phenomenon. Unfortunately, there is no magical injection that can make your breasts bigger and lift them.Years ago in Europe some doctors were offering injections of Macrolane (hyaluronic acid) for breast enlargement, but the manufacturer is now recommending to avoid using Macrolane for breasts (it never really worked anyway).A breast uplift with implants is probably the best option for you, but of course it is a surgical procedure.
