Thanks for your question.  As you are early in the recovery process, it is a bit to early to assess how your incisions look.  You can expect these to flatten and fade over a period of weeks to months.  If you are still displeased with the incisions after several months, minor revisions performed in the office may be an option.

Incisions take time to heal after surgery. There is some swelling and bruising that will take some time to resolve. I use Silagen which is a silicone based application to the wounds, that can be done twice a day. It will get better...

The best advice that I can give you is that you should speak to your plastic
surgeon. Online consultants are not the appropriate source of information for
you; your plastic surgeon should be your resource when it comes to
postoperative concerns.

This is important because every surgeon has different perspectives, the only
one that should be important is the one that operated on you ;)You should trust your surgeon. They will flatten out.
