Could an areola reduction help me? (Photo)

Based on your photos and the fact that you are uncomfortable with your breasts when you are naked, I think you would benefit most from a breast lift. It will make your breasts more perky by lifting them to a higher point on your chest while also reducing the size of your areola. I would advise you to schedule a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your options.

You certainly appear to be a good candidate for an areola reduction however without examining you its difficult to give specific advice. Based on the photos, it appears as though you would likely benefit from a bit of a lift as well in order to get a more "ideal" breast shape however if you are happy with the shape out of your bra then it is, of course, not necessary. Hi... thank you for the question and photo... this will depend on what are your goals, if you feel happy with the size and shape of your breast, and only want to treat the Areola diameter, this could be done without problem, but breast will remain the shape they have. 

Indeed, a mastopexy will reduce the size of your areolas to the size you desire. It will also lift and make more proportionate your breasts. The satisfaction rate for this procedure is very high. I would suggest an areolar reduction combined with a vertical (lollipop) breast lift.  Reducing the size of your areolar and lifting the breast would give you better shape.

I think that you would benefit from a breast lift which usually includes reduction of the areola. This will give a more youthful appearance of the breasts. Good luck!

Hello ; Judging from your photos , you have significant ptosis of your breast tissues in addition to the enlargement of your areola.  You will obtain the best esthetic and reliable results with a vertical mastopexy / breast lift which would give you a thin "Lolly pop" scar. There would be minimal chance of your areola enlarging with this technique whereas with a pure areolar lift you will run the risk of wide scars as where as relapse of enlarging areola.Areolar lifts are good for anything up to 2-3 cm of breast lift however your extent of breast ptosis is larger than that.Thank you

Hi,Thank you for your question.As you mention that you like the size of your breasts you may be a good candidate for breast lift. This technique would improve shape of your breasts and reduce your areolas to the size you like, keeping the same volume. You would have scars around areolas, vertical scars and scars in the inframmamry folds. Breast lift is a procedure wityh very high satisfaction rates and you seem to be a good candidate for it.If you prefer just reduction of your areolas, it is possible, but it would not improve significantly the shape of your breasts.  The bleast lift with scars only around areola is usually indicated with smaller degree of breast ptosis.
