Got my breast reduction/lift about 4 months ago. I got them done due to back pain and I'm still noticing the pain as he didn't remove that much it seems. I'm also worried about the placement of the nipples they seem low can this be corrected? They don't feel as full as I thought they would be is it possible without implants to get more fullness? I'm also very worried about the scaring around the nipple, it seems to be stretching.

You definitely should not have implants. Wait until you have completely finished losing weight because your breasts may continue to change in volume. Most certainly you will need a breast lift, but probably will still need a reduction. Your areolas will definitely be smaller...
I would wait 4 weeks before applying any pressure on the breasts or elevating your blood pressure too high to cause bleeding. Please ask your plastic surgeon for specific advice.
Your scars are raised and hpertrophic. I assume your surgeon as treated you with cordran tape and silicone gel sheeting. If not, steroid injection are useful although the scars will stretch. A secondary scar revision at one year is reasonable, but scar management...
