Is there a procedure or a cream that can make my nose have a thinner layer of skin? hate how big and thick my nose is (photo)

It is impossible to evaluate what is the cause of your nose problem based on this photo. Usually it is a combination of several factors  such as nose cartilages (tip of the nose in particular), nasal bones and skin that may be responsible for "deformity".You would need a detailed evaluation by an experienced board certified plastic surgeon. The single picture posted is not enough to have a clear idea of the situation, but I would guess that your problem is a combination of thick skin and bulbous tip. While there is no procedure or pill that can change the thickness of your skin, a rhinoplasty could potentially refine the tip of your nose.
