Dear Orange Banna,Thank you for your questions.do you any symptoms? Crusting? Nasal whistle while talking?First, have you stopped using? If no....no reason to consider nasal reconstruction. If yes, you have several options depending on how large the hole is in your septum:1) local intra nasal flaps and cartilage grafts2) create a one chamber nose3) non surgical insertion of a "septal button"I suggest you make several consultative appointments with different experienced Plastic Surgeons who are Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and who are ideally members of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (denoting by membership as having met additional criteria and a focus on Cosmetic Plastic Surgery). My best wishes, R. Hello Orange Banana,There are ways to help fix this problem. It also depends on whether you mean the bridge of the nose (what you see on the outside) or just the septum (the midline partition dividing the nose into two sides). The ability to correct it also depends on how much of your septum is left (smaller holes are easier to fix than larger ones). The best way to see if you are a candidate for correction is via an in person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon that is skilled in these types of correction. I hope this helps and good luck.
