40 year old female with a bulbous nose tip. I love my side profile and nose bridge! My nose tip is bulbous and widens and droops when I smile making my nose look larger than it is. The droop is getting worse with age. Can the tip be refined without touching the rest? Thanks!
I wish to get tip plasty as I feel my nose is abit deviated and my tip is too bulbous from the front. I do not wish to make any changes to my side nose as I like my side profile is this possible ? I do not want a slope on the bridge or a barbie nose I just want a subtle change so it looks like my nose just improved
I am female 30 years old my background is Hispanic and I have a bulbous nose tip however what bother me is it seems that my nose is bigger on one side or not balanced. When I take photos of my face overall it seems like my whole face is that way and I was wondering what procedures would help with that?
I'm a healthy female, 30s, looking for an overall more refined appearance and reduction of my bulbous tip. I think I have thick skin. I'm caucasian but I feel like I see more of the rhinoplasties I'm interested in on East Asians. Hoping it might be possible for just the lower section of my nose to be worked on as I don't dislike the bridge or my profile, just the tip and nostril area..
Hi, I am 38 and had my surgery 10 months ago. My tip area looks full, is too long and bulbous. I don't think it's swelling anymore, but is probably scar tissue as it is hard and not liquidy. My ENT surgeon refuses to do a secondary on me and very reluctantly agreed to a kenalog shot. My questions: 1. How prevalent are the risks from it? I find no info online. 2. If it's indeed scar tissue and not swelling, should I even get it? 3. In your opinion, would a secondary help here?
