I had a transplant 3months ago and most of the hair was transplanted at the front approx 3400 grafts and te new hair has started to grow but i dont the see any growth on the part of hairline that was dropped and only the hair placed on old hairline is growing., So does it take longer for the new hairline to start growing?

No, a CT scan of any kind should not have an impact on your hair transplant. In general at this point nothing will affect your transplanted hair differently than your natural hair.
In general, vitamins and supplements are not typically recommended (or needed) after a hair transplant surgery. If you want to take them, it is best to discuss this with your doctor.
