In general, vitamins and supplements are not typically recommended (or needed) after a hair transplant surgery.  If you want to take them, it is best to discuss this with your doctor.

There's no issue with taking these after your transplant. However, there is a reason they aren't recommended by doctors most of the time, and that is the fact they are not proven to affect hair growth. It's possible they'll help but guaranteed, the only things that are scientifically proven to work are Finasteride and Minoxidil.

the only medications that are preventative and slow or stop the progression of hair loss is minoxidil and finasteride. multi vitamins help the hair caliber and health but do not prevent further loss. 

Multi-vitamins are taken by many people after they have a hair transplant. There is no problem with this at all. Looking good
