I’m one day post op (I know, very early). When I looked down I was really upset as it doesn’t look like most other “after” pictures. Theirs lots of creasing near the scar? Dr said this will go in time but I’m not sure if this is true. Theirs a stitch above the new belly button, will this go? I had Lipo and tummy tuck and wanted to achieve a flat stomach.

Insurance may at times cover a procedure called a panniculectomy. This procedure simply removes the apron of hanging skin. This is not a tummy tuck, nor will it give the results of a tummy tuck. A tummy tuck is considered a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by insurance.
