I’m one day post op (I know, very early). When I looked down I was really upset as it doesn’t look like most other “after” pictures. Theirs lots of creasing near the scar? Dr said this will go in time but I’m not sure if this is true. Theirs a stitch above the new belly button, will this go? I had Lipo and tummy tuck and wanted to achieve a flat stomach.

As you said, you are aware that you are very early after surgery, and it is always a worrying time in the early post surgical period. It's also hard to be patient, but you can't hurry time, and time is needed for things to settle.I hope this reassures you - good luck
