Stomach is a little numb yrs later after a tummy tuck. What causes a hard and lopsided stomach after 2 years of a tummy tuck?

Hi I had a full tummy tuck a couple of yrs ago and my stomach seems a little lopsided and hard on the right side of my belly button. When I initially inquired about my stomach not being flat, my surgeon said I had too much visceral fat and need to lose the weight. I’ve tried but no changes since I’ve healed. In fact, it still feels a little numb in some areas. I know suggestions will be to see my surgeon but I would like a general idea of what happened and of course a second opinion. Thank you
