I am one week and 3 days post-op from rhinoplasty. I had my cast removed 3 days ago and my nose is a lot wider and fatter than what it used to be. I know it is swollen but the bridge seems wider. Also I like the tip from the profile but from the front looks bulbous and wide not lifted at all (when it is supposed to be). I am happy with my profile as compared to what it used to be, but the front view is very fat and wide and extremely unflattering. I don't want to be seen. Please help!

There is certainly some swelling throughout the nose at 3 weeks postop. This is likely the cause of the fullness on the bridge of your nose. I would have your surgeon examine this to determine if there is swelling present.
This is probably related to swelling this early in the postoperative period. It is unlikely that the surgery caused a deviated septum. I would make sure that you address these concerns with your rhinoplasty surgeon. Best of luck.
