Can you have lipo and butt implants at the same time?

Question

The London surgeon I saw today was excellent but he said it's impossible to do implants and lipo contouring at the same time?? yet other surgeon do BBL which is lipo and implants together !! Why are doctors saying different things ? He also said anomitomical implants rotation and gives an unattractive appearance and said round is best !! Please could I have answers to these questions I'm in two minds of which surgeon to use and what shape implant!!

It is possible to perform liposuction and implants during the same procedure, but I prefer to perform a VASER hi definition liposuction procedure with fat transfer to the buttocks for a BBL. A hi definition procedure will produce the best outcome in fine contouring and sculpting with fat grafting for buttock shaping and lifting. Please consult with an expert for further evaluation. Thank you for your question.Yes you may have have implants and liposuction at the same time but you need to be a good candidate for it and that is rare.  Generally speaking, if you would have undesirable excess fat to be liposuctioned we would use that far, prepare it, and transfer it for buttock enhancement.  This will avoid the complications associated with the implants.  Staging the procedure is an option as well but rarely done.  Many options are available which an in-office consultation with a quilified surgeon will make it easy for you to make your decision.Be sure you choose a surgeon board certified by "The American Board of Plastic Surgery", check her/his reviews, before and after photos, credentials, experience, and have a quality consultation.  She/he will be able to explain further sensory changes based on the procedure that fits your wishes.You surgeon should be preferably a member of "American Society of Plastic Surgeons" and a member of "American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons" to indicate cosmetic plastic surgery is the main focus of their practice and they have been evaluated to perform high volume and quality, honest aesthetic surgery and adhere to a code of ethics.All my best,
