It has been 1 year and this scar tissue is just putting my self steem down. Fat graft? Steroids injections (can I ask my dermatologist for that since my plastic surgeon is in another country) ? Vasershape ultrasound and masages did not help at all...

I suggest seeing a vaser hi definition sculpting physician who can evaluate what type of procedure is needed and if revision and fat grafting are needed. Sometimes this needs fat grafting and surgical repair.  I find that RF treatments stronger than velashape like exilis ultra and vanquish help.  cellutone or z wave are necessary. Best, Dr. Emer

Hi BeautifulSoul,Thanks for your question and photos. I think the best solution is going to be fat grafting to areas that have become indented. Scar massage helps but at one year, not likely. Steroids injections will likely make it worse. SAFE liposuction will likely help. I would recommend discussing your concerns with your surgeon as revision liposuction is more expensive that primary liposuction. Hi definition liposuction with Ultrasound may help.
