Cocaine can cause heart rhythm abnormalities, making anesthesia more risky. It also tightens blood vessels, which reduces blood flow as your body is healing. This increases the chances of infections, fat reabsorption, and poor scarring. Anesthesiologists are generally concerned if any patient has used cocaine with 72 hours (or 3 days) before surgery. However, as a surgeon, I would want you to avoid use for several weeks before the surgery. For the best result, you will not want to use cocaine during your recovery period (at least 6 weeks after surgery), so I'd want to be sure you could avoid use for that long before operating.

I suggest posting photos, as I cannot give advise without assessment. It is normal to have swelling several months after liposuction but not normal to have much fluid. I have all my patients do lymphatic massage and hyperbaric oxygen to ensure no seromas. A seroma would appear or be felt when ...
I suggest seeing an expert for an evaluation, the person doing fibroid treatment is likely not the expert to do liposuciton and they should be done separeately in my opinion. Best, Dr. Emer.
