Labiaplasty scars don't require creams to help them heal. If the stitching has brought together the skin edges properly, the scars will heal perfectly in a few weeks. The only time we recommend creams is when we want to prevent a vaginal pad from sticking to the scars. For this, we recommend a light application of either vaseline or aquaphor because they don't irritate the skin. Zinc oxide is used as a moisturizer for skin rashes and if you don't have a skin rash, you're not achieving anything by applying it to a labiaplasty scar.
