I had my labiaplasty about 4 months back due to social reason. Im female 35 single. My stitches got opened and left me with deformed labia minora. Im very worried as i feel the surgeon has cut too much and nothing left to redo. I don't trust that surgeon as he's asking for trimming. I want to look like a virgin

Thank you for your questionUnfortunately, Looking at your results you have good reason to fear going back to this surgeon. This is more than sutures opening: it is poor technique. You need to research well and find a surgeon skilled in repairing botched labiaplasty. Look for their before and after photos and reviews. Yes, This can be repaired but needs someone experienced in doing these repairs.

As the inventor and innovator of the wedge technique in 1994, I reconstruct many women who have had labia reductions by other surgeons, both wedge and trimming techniques. The reconstruction technique depends on the deformity. You have severe deformities from over removal of labia and clitoral hood. The reconstruction is more difficult than a primary labiaplasty and should be done by a plastic surgeon with extensive experience in labia reconstruction. I published the first and most extensive paper on labia reconstruction in the prestigious journal "Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery" about ten years ago. You will need various reconstructive techniques to give you a good appearance. Your remaining tissues can be moved and re-positioned to improve your appearance. However, it is difficult to know what can be done in your case without better photos or an examination. You need all the tissue you have. If any surgeon reduces more of your clitoral hood or labia, you will be ineligible for this repair. You only get one good chance to reconstruct you, so be patient and ask a lot of questions.

You have been operated with wedge resection and labiaplasty. the most seam opening occurs in this method.Your image can be corrected with revision labiaplasty surgery. we can fix it.
In labiaplasty surgeries performed with wedge resection, the clitoral hood cannot be corrected and this area remains as it is. There is an imbalance in size between the top of the clitoris and the labia.
