I have been recommended 400cc, dual plane implants. I am a 34C, 5'11, 70kg, 27 year old female looking for as natural results as possible. I do not want to go too big at all but my surgeon has said she wouldn't want to go smaller than 400CC moderate plus, circular dual plane implants as she thinks any smaller could result in double bubble. Will 400CC not be too big? Pictures attached. I have 14cm width each breast naturally.

If you only focus on breast prosthesis size, you will make a mistake. What will make up the breast is your body structure, the size of the prosthesis and of course your expectations. If you can share a photo of your body and a breast photo you like, it can be commented on whether the 350 cc will...
Your breasts are close together but cosmetically are sufficiently separate. It is difficult to see in the photos but I suspect that if you do have symmastia it must be very mild. As you say this is not of concern and hopefully this satisfies your curiousity.
The answer depends on where is the Lymphedema affecting your body. Usually, it affects the lower extremities, so Breast Augmentation procedure should be ok to be performed, however individual cases might vary and until the proper examination is done, nobody can confirm whether it is safe or not.
