I had posted here before, with answers of a breast lift and augmentation. I gained confidence and stopped looking for plastic surgery. However, I have gained a 2 Stone in the past year, and my breast sagging has gotten worse. I plan to lose this weight as I have joined the gym again and have been going, I don’t feel like a 21-year-old, my breasts are that saggy I feel 50+. I do cry a lot about them but I know there’s nothing I can do apart from getting them fixed.
Answer: Thanks for your question and photos... Based on your photos you have grade 3 ptosis. There is, however, nothing "wrong" with your breasts. They are natural, and simply on the spectrum of "normal", but more droopy or saggy that you wish. An experienced board certified plastic surgeon can advise you on your options but based on your photos alone you would more than likely be best served with an anchor-type mastopexy that can achieve the prettiest and most natural breast shape. Best of luck to you.

Answer: Breasts I would suggest a breast reduction to lift and reduce you to a size that best fits your frame. Going smaller will also help minimize more sagging. You are Grade 4 ptosis.

Answer: Ptosis You are technically grade 2 ptosis meaning your nipple is below the fold but not at very bottom portion of the breast. Your best bet is a breast reduction. This procedure removes excess breast tissue and skin and places the nipple/areola back at the "normal" youthful position. As always, be sure to research who does your procedure to increase your chances of having a good outcome.

Answer: Sagging Breasts Thank you for your question. On review of photographs, it looks like grade 2 ptosis. Based on your expectations you can either go for a breast uplift if you would like to stay the same volume of breast tissue or can consider reduction if you wish to go smaller. You will need to see a plastic surgeon for examination and assessment and discuss options of managment.

Answer: What could fix my breasts? Dear Lilymae23 I am so sorry to hear about the way your feelings about your breasts are affecting your confidence and self-esteem. My initial suggestions from what I can see in your photographs would be to consider a breast reduction, which would incorporate a breast lift. You are relatively large breasted and a reduction would reduce the weight of your breasts, and therefore the tension on the skin and soft tissues, allowing the lift to stand the test of time better. I hope this helps and I wish you all the best of luck with your onward journey.
