I had posted here before, with answers of a breast lift and augmentation. I gained confidence and stopped looking for plastic surgery. However, I have gained a 2 Stone in the past year, and my breast sagging has gotten worse. I plan to lose this weight as I have joined the gym again and have been going, I don’t feel like a 21-year-old, my breasts are that saggy I feel 50+. I do cry a lot about them but I know there’s nothing I can do apart from getting them fixed.

Answer: What Grade Ptosis am I at? And what could fix my breasts? (Photo Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Based on your breast size and skin excess it appears that you would do best with either a lift, or better yet a reduction to get the best, long-lasting results. Hope this helps.

Answer: What could fix my breasts? Dear Lilymae23 I am so sorry to hear about the way your feelings about your breasts are affecting your confidence and self-esteem. My initial suggestions from what I can see in your photographs would be to consider a breast reduction, which would incorporate a breast lift. You are relatively large breasted and a reduction would reduce the weight of your breasts, and therefore the tension on the skin and soft tissues, allowing the lift to stand the test of time better. I hope this helps and I wish you all the best of luck with your onward journey.

Answer: Do I need a breast lift? Reach your goal weight first before considering any surgery. I recommend an in person evaluation by a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy after your weight loss, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. You should also be aware that results of surgery can change in the future with significant weight change and/or stretching of skin from the milk of pregnancy.
