2 days post op 600cc high profile round under the muscle implants, they are swollen quite far apart.Will they get better?(photo)

Thank you for your question and photos.  Right now, being so soon after surgery makes it difficult to say what you will look like months down the road once the swelling has gone down and your breasts have dropped into place.  If you follow your surgeon's instructions carefully, you have the opportunity to achieve a nice result.All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL

Your breasts will be swollen and have more fullness in the upper breast initially until the tissue stretches to accommodate the implant.Your breasts should be about twice as big as they were before given your size change.I hope that is what you wanted and hopefully you will feel as though they are big enough.Best of luck.

Hi, there.  Thanks for your questions and posting your photos.  As expected from 2 days post-op, your tissues/breasts are swollen and implants are high-riding.  Based on your photos, your implants are fairly large and will be "big" as you wanted them.  I do not think your breasts/implants are far apart.  Please be patient and give some time for implants to settle and for swelling to decrease.  Follow your plastic surgeon's post-operative instructions.  Best wishes.
