Forehead flattening/shaving. Is there any way to fix this? (Photo)

Question

I have a very round and protruding forehead that I find looks very masculine and it's been one of my biggest insecurities for the longest time. I've never known anyone else to have a forehead like mine. From the side it looks like my hairline is receded and from the 3/4 view it looks like my brow bone is protruding out. Hair never falls over my face nicely because it seems like the hairline is pushed back? Is there anyway to fix this?

You do have relatively two mild bony prominence, one on each side in the suprabrow area. But apart from that, your forehead is relatively normal. I think what is exaggerating the concerns you have highlighted is your high hairline. I think you would benefit from simply considering hairline lowering surgery in combination with and brow bone reshaping. These can both be performed through the same acces incision and you are likely to get a good outcome.
