Hello, I would like to ask about the bulging I Have on my lateral (right) forehead.. Is it osteoma? Its really annoying me whenever I like to take a photo by looking down.. is it possible to remove it since its on my lateral forehead? since there is blood vessels and nerves.. I,m really concerned and it's really making me self-conscious .. please help. (picture attached)

You appear to have a normal forhead but with a high frontal hairline. Hairlines can be surgically lowered with scalp advancement and/or hair transplants. In my own practice we tend to turn to hair transplants because it is less invasive.Hope this helps.
I cannot think of a scenario where hairline lowering would be a good idea in a male who will inevitably experience frontal hairline recession and eventually a large and visible scar. FUE is absolutely the way to proceed..
Getting a forehead reduction plus grafts plus bone shaving all at the same time may be difficult. Find a doctor who does all of these procedures and ask
