BBL, lipo or tummy tuck? No kids (Photo)

Question

Hi, I finally decided on getting a BBL but I am not sure if just 360 lipo alone would give me good results. I really want a sculpted type of look on my belly but I am not sure if this will cause me to have a lot of loose skin. I really don't want a tummy tuck a I have not had any kids yet and would rather do that after children. I would love to know your opinions please. Based on your photos You have a protruding abdomen which means you have a lot of visceral fat, your muscle is very loose most likely because you have put on and lost weight severa times in life plus genetics. And your abdominal  skin is very saggy. No waist no hips. Beautiful lower back curvature. 
Non of the above issues will improve with liposuction, by the contrary,  deflation after liposuction, in your abdomen which is  already saggy, will only worsen it. Your visceral won’t improve and either saggy skin. 
So if you are really serious on achieving those astonishing and curvaceous results you must lose weight and  reduce the visceral fat and after that you should have a Tummy tuck and muscle repair with liposuction to waist and lovehandles and use that fat to transfer to buttocks and hips.

In this regard, I recommend you a Tummy Tuck to get a flat abdomen and waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.

Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Based on your photos, it appears that your procedures should include TT, liposuction of torso (lipo 360) and fat transfer for shaping buttocks and hips. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

I would suggest to have your children and after you have these surgeries. 
Because of two reasons: 
1- We can not repair rectus muscle properly, as it interferes with development of child in the abdomen. 2- The skin will sag again. 
In order to achieve these results you wish, you need to loose fat that surrounds your internal organs, this is out of our reach in liposuction, so it is your duty to give this weight away.

Based on the posted photos of yourself and wish pics, you can not attain those wish pics with the excess fat & skin on the abdomen without a Full TT. But since you are planning on children in the future I would forego the Full TT and lipo 360/BBL (with ultrasound guided fat injections as required in Florida).
