I'm a female and I've always had a big forehead, I've never had problems of hair loss or previous scalp surgery, my hair density is good but I have fine hair. I understand that there are always risks associated with all surgeries and I could deal with a visible scar, but my biggest concern is about thinning or loosing hair, so my question is if having fine hair increases these risks. Also to know if hair blood suplier is cutted with the surgery if it recovers itself with time. Thank you!
