It always depend on the doctor.  Many doctors use a service called CareCredit.  Some take credit cards.  Some have their own payment plan.  

Many surgeons accept Care Credit financing if you qualify.  My practice also has other financing options for patients who do not qualify for care credit.

Most cosmetic surgeon offer financing,  including some hair transplant doctors.  If financing is offered it is usually trough a company such as care credit.  The rates for Financing depends on clients credit history.  If you plan to finance you need to inform your doctor, so they can help you through the financing process.
