Would a breast implant revision be able to correct my waterfall deformity? (Photo)

You were never a good candidate for breast augmentation without a lift. That's why your tissue is draping over the implant and sagging off it's lower pole. You need a breast lift. Converting to a more aggressive dual plane will not help; you simply have both vertical and horizontal skin excess.

I would highly recommend a breast lift to re-centralize your breast over the breast implant and have an appropriate breast mound.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, yes you do have a waterfall deformity. This occurs when the breast tissue sags off of the implant. The correction for this is to perform a mastopexy to lift the breast tissue. Good luck

I would recommend having a revision to your breast implant as well as a breast lift. Over time the woman's breasts can descend over top of their implants. Therefore a waterfall deformity is both a combination of an implant potentially Sitting slightly higher because of some capsular contractureAs well as this drooping effect.

You need a lift, which was never done. The implants are where they should be, but your tissue is sagging.

Yes you do have a waterfall effect. Oftentimes it can be the result when patients demand "no lift scars" in the setting of really needing a breast lift. In addition, you are now 4 years out from your breast augmentation surgery and breasts will continue to age, i.e. sag, as you age. You will likely need a breast lift to re-center your breast tissue over your implants.
