I’m a 5’8” female who lost 92lbs. I underwent a breast lift and 325cc mentor medium profile implants were placed. I requested upper pole fullness and since my revision, 6months after initial tx; I am told I will never have perky breasts with upper pole fullness. I feel deflated (literally) & like I wasted a ton of $$ for nothing, because the only difference now is my Areola has changed. CAN I have a better result? What tx would you recommend? I feel lost and saddened every time I look.

There are a number of reasons why implants can sit too far apart, or migrate towards the armpit.
A helpful salutation to the problem is modification of the pocket where the implant sits. An internal bra can then be used to support your implants more centrally. This will have the added benefit...
The areolae can be made smaller. However, when you are going larger, the areolae might stretch back out over time. they then could be revised under local anesthesia in the office if needed.
