Breast lift and 300cc inplants and no fullness. What can I do from here? (Photo)

I had my opp 1 year ago. When dr did my lift and had to place 350cc in she said she could not fit the size i wanted she said i had no space. She placed 300cc high profiles. At that moment i thought its fine and look great. 12 month later i feel no fullness or dont even look like i had implants. Please advise what to do from here. I was a 34 b cup and ues i am a c cup but no fullness when i wear tops or costume..
