Should I contact my initial surgeon about left breast feeling odd & that it is too far over?

When the breast distorts with muscle flexion, it is called animation deformity. This is usually related to the dual plane method because it detaches a portion of the muscle, but your case may be different. In my experience the best way to correct this is plane change and muscle re-attachment. Plane change can be either under to over or split muscle.
