Should I contact my initial surgeon about left breast feeling odd & that it is too far over?

I had my argumentation done about a year and 1/2 ago. My left breast has felt odd since then. When my arms are placed at my side, its as if my breast is too far over. When I flex, my breast flexes on that side and not my actual bicep. Being extremely active, this causes issues. Even light jogging I can't do because I feel strange sensations on that side. Should I contact my initial surgeon?
