Would it be possible to have a facelift and nose surgery at the same time. And is there a cost saving?

It is possible to have these procedures together however each procedure alone is long and requires a longer duration of anesthesia. You would need to see a plastic surgeon to see if you are candidate for these procedure in 1 or 2 settings. The other thing to consider is the very drastic results you might have if you combine all these procedures in one setting. I suggest that you stage them. Cost will vary. 

It is certainly possible to have a rhinoplasty at the same time as a facelift.  If cost is an issue, you should prioritize the procedures you are interested in.  For example, you might forefoot the forehead lift which would save you some money.  I would also elect to eliminate the fat injections because they are really pretty useless.

I would recommend you pursue the facelift/brow/blepharoplasty/fat transfer as one procedure and the rhinoplasty as a separate procedure.  Rhinoplasties are very technical and delicate and demand our utmost attention so they typically are combined with only a few very basic procedure. 

In general it is best to keep elective surgery to less than 6 hours.  Combining procedures such as a faceiift and rhinoplasty can be less expensive if done together .

the face. Also when you add more
procedures together of surgery you save money in the OR and anesthesia as well other expences.

Thanks for uploading pictures, it makes answering questions so much easier! Looking at your face, you look like you have good quality skin, and surgery may not be necessary. Have you considered other non-surgical procedures? Particularly if saving money is a consideration?That being said, you can have both a rhinoplasty and a facelift in one procedure, however I highly recommend doing them separately. Once you are satisfied that your surgeon has performed one procedure well you can then commit to another one and ensure you get the best results that you deserve.Good Luck!  

Hi there. Thank you for your post. It is definitely possible to combine a face-lift and rhinoplasty and it is something I do relatively routinely. It increases the operative time and swelling but the overall recovery is not really additive so it does make sense. In terms of cost, most hospitals and surgeons lower their fee for the second procedure when combined but this varies on an individual basis. The trick is to find a Plastic Surgeon who is comfortable and competent at both procedures. Good luck!

It is absolutely possible to perform a rhinoplasty and a facelift together.  We often will do these procedure together. As we age, the nose can often droop and look wider. I find that performing rhinoplasty with a facelift, in the right person, makes an incredible difference in looking younger and more refreshed.It is very important that you seek a surgeon skilled at both of these procedure and performs them commonly.  Rhinoplasty is an amazing operation, but to get the best results you should seek out a specialist.  The same goes for facelift surgery.
