Can the fat around the base of my penis be removed? It makes my penis smaller

Microliposuction of the pubic area will decrease the prominence and improve definition and contour at the base of the genitals. This may improve the overall appearance of your penis. (But the effect may be somewhat unpredictable.) If you decide to pursue surgery it’s very important that you find a surgeon whom you are comfortable with and trust and who evaluates you in-person and tailors an individualized treatment plan for you and your aesthetic goals. There may be a few causes: your belly is too large / full, your pubic mound may be too full you may have a short penis or a combination of the above. Each has different treatment options. Sometimes liposuction of the lower abdomen and the area around the penis can allow the penis to be seen better and therefore look larger. However, if you have a true hidden penis liposuction will not help. I would suggest consulting with a board-certified urologist and plastic surgeon before you proceed with anything. Best of luck!
