after looking at the photos you provided, I must say, it doesn't appear as you have a situation of being overweight and I believe that also due to your age the Liposuction procedure would not be the right choice for you to improve this area. It would be worthwhile considering non-surgical options, such as filler injections to the chin ad border of the jaw area, in order to straighten and improve projection. Alternatively, the chin implant can improve the shape and tighten the skin of the lower face. There are also other skin tightening treatments such as radiofrequency or threading, that can help lift the skin upwards. Liposuction would have an adverse effect, that would create more skin laxity and an aged appearance of your face.

Based on these photos, it is very likely that conservatives liposuction of neck, jawline and jowls will create visible improvement. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in facial rejuvenation is recommended. Good luck.

Thank you for posting your photos with your interesting question. It appears that you have full cheeks and could have more classic facial definition with buccal fat pad removal. You do not need a facelift ir neck liposuction. I recommend that you have a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who is experienced with aesthetic plastic surgery. You are not a candidate for a facelift at your age.
Liposuction of your jawline and neck would give you some more definition, but you look very good right now.

No way would facial liposuction be a benefit. I recommend either liquid facelift with HA, Radiesse, Sculptra filers or nano/micro fat grafting. Or Partial fillers with 1-stitch facelift; or anterior mini facelift with injectables in a combination. Best to seek experienced boarded surgeons only.

Your fat distribution is normal. The concern you’re seeing in the mirror or on pictures is related to facial bone structure. In your case your mandible is small in relationship to your maxilla and this causes the underlying platysma muscle to drape the neck in the more oblique fashion and the formation of premature Jowls.

The correct treatment for Jowls is a neck lift for older individuals in for young people probably the best option is augmentation which fillers in the pre-Jowl sulcus. Liposuction can be done under the chin and in the neck for those who have a double chin or a lack of jaw definition but these really aren’t substantial problems in your case.

Liposuction on the lower third of your face is going to look like the lower third of your face has a different fat distribution than the rest of your face and will not address the primary problem. The Jowl also has a branch of the facial nerve that runs superficial and can be injured from Liposuction leaving patients with temporary facial nerve paralysis.

The relation ship between your mandible and maxilla can be seen in your profile it. In your case your upper lip has more forward projection than your lower lip and most likely you have a slight dental overbite.

Of the patients posting about Liposuction in this area it is almost universal to have this relationship between underlying facial bone structure.

Unfortunately growing your mandible isn’t really an option for most patients so we look for soft tissue answers to skeletal problems.

Recognize that when you don’t treat the primary problem results are going to be sub optimal.

You can have consultations with plastic surgeons or oral surgeons who do this type of work nicely also from time to time. Oral surgeons tend to look at things more from the skeletal structure based on the nature of the training.

Some will differ with my opinion and come up with all kinds of skin tightening solutions or liposuction options for you.

Whenever plastic surgeons have varying opinions about a subject it is usually because the primary problem is not well understood.

This is just my view in my opinion and for sure others will be different.
