At first, liposuction alone looked good, then you were brilliant adding the push-up photos which reveal your issues with skin excess. Based on all of your photos, I feel a liposuction combined with some skin excision (revision abdominoplasty) would be your best bet.

I think there is important information you must’ve left out.

We need to know your history in order to make a good assessment. The scars from previous surgery in the kid some issues that were addressed. Do you have a history of significant weight loss?

Based on your pictures it looks like skin laxity is really the primary problem and for that you need a proper skin surgery. VASER it’s just an energy based liposuction device and all it does is remove fat just like any other form of Liposuction.

Jay Plasma a.k.a. Renuvion really does not deliver skin tightening in my personal opinion based on first-hand experience having purchase the device and used it for a year.

Spending thousands of dollars for J plasma when you need a tummy tuck is a waste of money and undergoing an unnecessary procedure that will not give you the results you are hoping for.

Most likely an extended or wraparound tummy tuck is your best option or put up with the skin laxity.

It’s really important for us to understand where this came from. Most likely I’m guessing you used to be obese.

I suggest relying exclusively on in person consultations and finding the most talented and experienced providers.

There are no special equipment or devices that are going to give results any different than simple equipment in the hands of someone with talent and experience.


Spend your efforts finding the most experienced providers not looking for magical equipment.
