From your photos and description you can consider liposuction and J plasma for the abdomen and hips/flanks. These procedures will give you improvement but will not give you the same results as a tummy tuck. There is a risk you may have loose skin after the procedure. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your goals as well as what you can expect in terms of results from these procedures.
