Buffalo humps respond well to tumescent liposculpture. Noninvasive techniques are less effective. Please consult a board-certified dermatologist who has experience removing buffalo humps with liposuction. 

Liposuction is really the main and probably only practical solution to improve buffalo humps. They do very well and is done under tumescent local with almost minimal downtime.

The buffalo hump can be effectively treated with liposuction under local anesthesia. The skin in this area typically retracts well and the fat deposits rarely recur.

This problem responds beautifully to tumescent (awake) liposuction.  The tissues here are fibrous so it would be wise to choose an experienced liposuction surgeon in your area.  good luck!
