What would look better - Lipo of flanks and abdomen or a BBL?

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a
great candidate for waistline contouring liposuction of your abdomen, flanks,
and lower back and fat grafting to your buttocks.  This can greatly
improve your overall shape with a smaller waist.  Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.  The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

BBL include the lipo.  The difference is, do you want the buttocks enlarged or not.  If so, then BBL is what you should inquire about.  If not, the lipo alone around the trunk (Lipo360) should be what you ask for.  Without an exam, it will not be possible to fully evaluate you and give you recommendations. Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons.
