Answer: Liposuction of the abdomen and flanks would look so much better than a BBL. Most patients get liposuction of their abdomen and flanks and therefore don't need fat shoved into their buttocks to make them look better. The butt will seem to pop out on its own if the waistline is smaller.

Answer: Lipo and BBL Thank you for your question. I would recommend Liposuction of the abdomen flank and take the fat and transfer to the buttock area. Fat is variable so some of it may not last. With that being said the more fat we are able to retrieve the better the outcomes will be. I would also suggest that you make an appointment with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for an in person evaluation to determine if you are a proper candidate for this procedure.
