What would look better - Lipo of flanks and abdomen or a BBL?

Most patients get liposuction of their abdomen and flanks and therefore don't need fat shoved into their buttocks to make them look better. The butt will seem to pop out on its own if the waistline is smaller.

Thank you for your question.  I would recommend Liposuction of the abdomen flank and take the fat and transfer to the buttock area. Fat is variable so some of it may not last. With that being said the more fat we are able to retrieve the better the outcomes will be.  I would also suggest that you make an appointment with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for an in person evaluation to determine if you are a proper candidate for this procedure. great candidate for waistline contouring liposuction of your abdomen, flanks,
and lower back and fat grafting to your buttocks.  This can greatly
improve your overall shape with a smaller waist.  Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.  The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek

Ap187  You already have a great figure, but if diet and exercise fail, liposuction is an option for a flatter tummy and improved contour. I would recommend BBL also, transferring the fat taken from your abdomen hips and back to your buttocks, but not sure if you have enough fat to make a difference. Be certain To consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to help decide which option is best for you. Good luck.

A BBL would include liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and lower back so if you want to have a natural curvy shape and also be a bit thicker then I would suggest going with the BBL since it would accomplish all of your goals in one procedure. The best results are a combination of the two procedures. Liposuction frames the butt and if necessary some of the removed fat is transferred to shape the buttock. Be sure to have the surgery done by a board certified plastic surgeon in a licensed surgery center.

Thank you for your question and your pictures, based on your pictures your a good candidate for a BBL. Areas to consider would be your abdomen, back bra rolls and flanks. Removing the fat from the back bra rolls and waist alone can greatly improve your overall shape and enhance your curves. Once your waistline is more defined like an hourglass you will be able to see your buttock shape. Then once the fat is transferred to the buttock you will get a bit more projection. The results won't be drastic but you will get good results. Its best to consult with a Board Certified Surgeon to get an examination to assess the areas and outcome. Best of luck.
